We will do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible and aim to ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri only - excl Public Holidays) of the order being placed. This excludes any pre-order items.
Blackall News & Gifts delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post Tracked Parcel Post. Standard Australia Post delivery can take approximately 5-7 business days. Tracking details will be emailed once despatched. You can track your order via www.australiapost.com.au
We charge a flat rate of $15.95 for all orders Australia wide.
Spend over $150 and we will ship your parcel for free!
CLICK & COLLECT is also available at checkout - You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please present a copy of your order confirmation either as a screen shot or a printout at the time of collection.
Additional postage costs
Some of our larger items are bulky and heavy and therefore excluded from shipping or may incur additional postage charges.
This is determined by a combination of the parcel weight, size and your location. We always do our best to secure the best rate possible for you and we absorb shipping costs where possible to make it as affordable as possible for you.
Items marked 'Bulky Item - In Store Only' can only be purchased as CLICK & COLLECT. Alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order to get a shipping quote.
Bulky items may be exempt from any free shipping offers or codes. Please contact us first if you aren’t sure otherwise you may incur additional shipping charges after checkout.
Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Blackall News & Gifts is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.
Shipping charges are exempt from discount codes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
As we also operate a Bricks & Mortar store, at times there could be the possibility that stock may be sold and become unavailable before your order is picked and packed. We will do everything in our power to process all orders promptly to ensure this doesn’t happen but no guarantee can be given. If this situation arises we will contact you to find an alternative product or provide a full refund
