Returns Policy
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase please contact us at orders@blackallnews.net.au within 14 business days of receiving your order to request an authorisation number for your return. Please do not ship your goods back until you have this.
If the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item then of course we will replace it for you! The item will need to be sent back to us for assessment before a refund is confirmed.
If you have changed your mind - that's ok! We will happily offer you an exchange or an online store credit to be used within 3 months. Goods are required to be returned to store in original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase.
You will need to return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your authorisation number. It needs to be in it’s original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
We do not offer return for any personal items such as underwear or earrings for hygiene reasons.
Once we receive your parcel, the item(s) will be inspected and once approved an online store credit issued. Please note that store credits must be used all in one transaction. Store credit cannot be used for shipping charges, and we cannot refund any balance amount. Store credits may take up to one week to process and issue after we receive your return parcel.
For a change of mind return all subsequent shipping charges will be at your expense and you will not be eligible for any further free shipping in relation to the returned order.
We do not offer returns on pre-order items, sale items or gift cards.
Please note we do not offer refunds on incorrect sizing for clothes, accessories and footwear. If the size you order is not correct we are happy to offer an online store credit with the postage costs being your responsibility. If you are unsure of sizing or would like any information you can email us at orders@blackallnews.net.au.
Any stock returned to us must be sent with registered and tracked regular parcel post. We do not take any responsibility for items not received.
In the case that you have been shipped an incorrect item by mistake, you will be required to ship this item back to us so that we can rectify the issue for you. We will be unable to ship the replacement until we have received back the stock. In this instance you will be refunded the return shipping cost. Please use regular tracked shipping only unless we have made alternate arrangements. We cannot reimburse for any costs above this.
Please note we DO NOT offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing on sale items.
Orders will not be cancelled after checkout for any reasons, that include but not limited to, change of mind or fail to apply a code.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment).
