USE & CARE
Place the Cake on a cake board
Position the ends of the adjustable cutting wire into the notches at the desired height.
With legs standing on the work surface, cut into the crusted edge of the cake using an easy sawing motion. Proceed by gently gliding the wire through the cake. Hand wash only.

Use & Care

• Hand wash with warm soapy water prior to first use.
• Secure on a flat even surface or on bowl rim.
• To select Slicing Blade function, turn the Blade Selector Dial (D) clockwise until you have the desired setting.
• To select Julienne Blade function, firstly turn the Blade Selector Dial (D) to desired setting and engage the Julienne Switch (E) by flicking the switch up.
• Place vegetable or fruit on Safety Hand Guard/Food Holder (C).
• Applying light pressure, slide vegetable/fruit downwards and upwards across Blade Plate (B).

Hand wash only with extreme care under running hot water using a nylon brush and liquid soap. Dry thoroughly. Never use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
